My first time there. Car was in for an airbag recall. Appointment was scheduled for 9:30. My car was taken in early. I was given a voucher for coffee to a coffee shop across the street. I was phoned when my car was ready. Surprised with an envelope that had 2 cookies inside. A nice touch.
