This was my first time buying a car and I was lucky enough to have the assistance of James Hubbard. He was a good listener and our conversation went smoothly. I told him what I wanted and explained that I have been researching this brand of car for 5 years. My heart was set on a Subaru. He was efficient, effective and accommodating to all my requests. The team at the Richmond location are well educated, walked me through the whole experience. They all embodied their roles and made things less stressful for me.
